Good Work
01
We had everything our client needed under one roof and took total ownership of the entire manufacturing process.
Challenge
Our customer was looking for a reputable industry leader to spearhead this project, and we stepped up to do the job. We were tasked with constructing a 96" rotating disc valve. Like a true turnkey partner, we acquired the materials, machined the parts, assembled the components and completed multiple successful witness tests.

Process
Our client provided the specifications and engineering drawings, and our team took care of the rest. We managed all aspects of material delivery, tracked all points on the timeline, inspected materials and machined components for assembly. With all of the moving parts, managing production was equally demanding as the actual manufacturing.

Strategy
From beginning to end, we were relentless about quality control and time management. Our team utilized a field-tested and proven order and material tracking system that allowed us to monitor in real time material delivery and machining progress on all subcomponents. This method ensured that all parts were ready on time for assembly. We vigorously tested the completed valve and finished the job on schedule, on budget and on spec. Our client didn’t have to worry about a thing.
